Hi, thanks for your comment. Yes, M.E is a life-destroyer and I know it is very hard to write positively. I have days when I hate my life because of M.E, I don't blog on those days. I think being matter of fact about the illness/being neutral about it is sometimes the only way to put a positive spin on it. xx

Hi Sally, always read your blogs but sadly usually unable to comment nowadays re lack of energy and concentration and/or pc screen sensitivity. Thought I would try today tho re something you said…. “A few people have been offended/upset/annoyed when I have asked them to write Foggy a guest blog in a positive way, devoid of political opinion or rants”. If I was to write a guest blog about my life/experiences with M.E there is no way it could be positive as it has robbed me of so much - but on the other hand I totally agree with the act of focusing on the positive as a way of life. I find this confusing myself and wish I could apply the latter to my M.E but can’t see that is possible when it has ruined large areas of not just my life. Any advice of this from anyone would be gratefully received. In the meantime, much love to you Sally for all the wonderful work you do on our behalf xx
