It is infuriating when people don't believe us and/or aren't willing to learn the facts. In terms of your work, have you applied for assistance? I do apologize if that sounds like a "duh" question. I know how detail oriented you are. I also know it's an exhausting and demoralizing process, but it could be worthwhile in the end. In the meantime, I hope you don't run into any more of "those" people for a while – give you time to build up your resistance �� LOL.
