Usually this is learned the hard way by trial and error.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, despite the rotten headlines, I think there is optimism. I think at last the old psychiatric view of ME is being robustly challenged.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope that new treatment trials will soon lead to new options for us. In the mean time those of us who blog can just keep on keeping on!  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don&#039;t underestimate the power of blogs for spreading a strong message. I love the Foggy Dog concept.  xx]]></description>
