Sally, I am so proud of you (I hope that doesn't sound condescending). You are a highly intelligent and creative woman! You have taken a big step today. As you said - you don't know what your future holds. What ever it is, now you can move forward without the weight of past regrets.

Hi Sally

How funny, I did Russian & its history/politics for a while at uni. If you did start thinking about lecturing, etc, it is worth looking at roles with the Open University because they are very flexible & often most of what you do is done at a distance and so you can largely set your own timetable. I was a lecturer on 2 of their courses for a while. Lots of pros and cons. In the end it didn't suit me but I know other people who loved it.
